Sean Carter is the President & CEO, for NEACH and NEACH Payments Group. He is responsible for the strategic direction of NEACH, all products and services, governance, and relationship management with members, the Federal Reserve and other payment system stakeholders, and oversees the strategic direction for NEACH Payments Group. Prior to working at NEACH, Sean worked for Bay Bank of MA, where he was responsible for generating treasury management leads. He also worked at West Lynn Creamery in Lynn, MA where he worked in accounting, serving on a team that was tasked with reducing paper processes in both the accounts payable and account receivable cycles. Sean received his AAP in 1999 and was re-credited in 2004 and 2009.
