Elyssa Morgan serves as Vice President of Membership at NEACH. In that role, she helps to grow the NEACH membership base and increase member engagement by promoting opportunities and services, so members to take full advantage of all NEACH has to offer. She is also focused on support and advocacy for members. Toward that end, she regularly communicates and collaborates with members to understand their evolving needs, so NEACH can address those needs through new services and offerings.
Prior to joining NEACH, she spent nine years at Florence Bank, located in Florence, Massachusetts. As the eBanking Manager, Elyssa oversaw both the eBanking Department and the Payments Operations Department; her responsibilities included overseeing ACH origination, online banking and cash management services, and the Customer Online Banking Support Staff. She also oversaw the Payments Operations Department that maintained the ACH payment and Cash Management Service platforms and processing pertaining to the organization as an RDFI.
Elyssa graduated summa cum laude from Bay Path University with a degree in Business Administration in 2018, the same year she was awarded Florence Bank's President's Award, which recognizes individuals who hold to the highest standards and consistently exceed them. Elyssa also has earned her Accredited ACH Professional certification and Accredited Payments Risk Professional certification.
