Every year, NEACH receives numerous questions regarding the NACHA Operating Rules from members and non-members with both direct and in-direct interaction with the ACH Network. This full-day workshop will address those questions as well as all the Rules scheduled to go into effect in 2020. Participants will gain a complete understanding of the structure of the NACHA Operating Rules and will gain the ability to find what they are looking for with ease. This workshop is ideal for all staff needing to know ACH.
Attendees will leave this session with an understanding of:
1. The layout of the NACHA Operating Rules;
2. ACH Participants, their roles and obligations;
3. Strategies for using the Rules Book as a tool
4. The ability to navigate the Rules book for ODFI, RDFI and Originator questions.
