Ensuring that your financial institution is compliant with laws, rules and regulations is critical, especially when it comes to payment processing. This workshop helps participants understand the impact of these on various payment channels and is a must for Compliance Officers or any individual responsible for payment processing compliance. Understanding the multi-layered regulatory requirements can help your institution identify potential problems and address issues of non-compliance. This workshop will focus on NACHA Operating Rules compliance as it relates to both receiving and originating ACH Entries. We will also address additional payment channels such as check, and wire transfers, focusing on other laws and regulations including, UCC 3, UCC4 & UCC 4A, BSA, and Federal Regulations D, E, J, CC, and GG, just to name a few!
Guest Parking: The Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth Hotel is pleased to offer a choice of parking options for your guests. Guest’s not staying overnight but attending events are subject to a daily parking rate of $3.00 per hour day self-parking or $9.00 per day on the group master account, in our gated parking lot (NEACH will pay for you to parking). Our gated lot is located directly across the street from our main entrance. Based upon business demands, the hotel gated lot may reach capacity. Should this happen during your event the options of metered on-street parking or the City of Portsmouth’s parking garage located downtown are available. Parking rates are subject to change.
