Regulation CC was updated to define what an ECI is.  However, it is about as clear as mud!  With much debate and conversation with legal experts, NEACH staff has come to an agreement as to what an ECI is, what that means, but not exactly how to find them.  Join the presenter in the deep dive of the path that the staff took to understand ECIs, and how you understand the differences between all the  “not-paper” checks.
