One of our customers had a duplicate ACH payment post to their account on June 2nd. After calling their insurance agent, they said that Chase Bank had accidently submitted duplicate files. I'm wondering if anyone has noticed duplicate payments originated by Chase or if this is just an isolated issue with this one Originator. I haven't seen anything on the website or received any emails.
